Subzerooutlet Return Policy

30 – Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging to qualify. Include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] to initiate the process.
  2. Return Address: 717 S Jasmine St, Denver, CO 80224, US.
  3. Preapproved returns: We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Unapproved returns will be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: We cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
  • Customer Choice Returns: You’re responsible for shipping costs.

Refund & Exchange Terms

  • Refunds:
    • After inspecting returned items, we’ll approve refunds within 2 business days.
    • Allow extra time for your payment provider to process the refund.
    • If no refund is received 5+ business days after approval, contact us.
  • Exchanges: Return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled due to unavailability, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No Restocking Fees

We charge no restocking fees for returns.
